These Terms & Conditions apply to travel services arranged by Alif Voyages, including private tours, travel packages, airport transfers, private transportation, guide services, hotel booking assistance, railway ticket assistance, excursions, and related travel support in Uzbekistan.
By confirming a booking, submitting traveler information, or making a payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Alif Voyages provides travel planning and travel arrangement services in Uzbekistan. Depending on the confirmed itinerary, our services may include:
Private tours in Uzbekistan, airport transfers, private transport with driver, guide services, hotel booking assistance, railway ticket assistance, excursions, mountain day trips, cultural programs, and travel support before and during the trip.
The exact services included in each booking are listed in the confirmed itinerary, invoice, or written offer sent to the client.
2. Booking Process
A booking request may be submitted through the Alif Voyages website, WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, or another communication channel.
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm a booking. Alif Voyages will review the requested travel dates, route, number of travelers, hotel level, transport requirements, guide requirements, and other details before confirming availability and final price.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after all of the following conditions are met:
- Alif Voyages confirms the itinerary, availability, and final price in writing.
- The client pays the required deposit or full payment.
- Alif Voyages confirms receipt of payment.
- The necessary travel services are arranged or reserved.
Alif Voyages may refuse, delay, or cancel a booking if payment is not received within the agreed time.
4. Prices
Tour prices are based on the confirmed itinerary, travel dates, number of travelers, hotel category, transportation type, guide services, train tickets, entrance fees, and other included services.
Prices may change before booking confirmation due to hotel availability, ticket availability, exchange rate changes, supplier price changes, seasonal rates, or client-requested modifications.
Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received according to the agreed conditions, Alif Voyages will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confirmed price, except where changes are caused by circumstances outside our control.
5. Payment
Payment may be made by bank card through a secure payment link, by bank transfer, or by another payment method agreed with Alif Voyages.
For private tours, Alif Voyages usually requires a deposit to confirm the booking. The standard deposit is 30% of the total tour price, unless another amount is agreed in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed with the client. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately.
Final travel documents, vouchers, train tickets, hotel details, and service confirmations may be provided only after full payment is received.
6. Card Payment Security
Card payments are processed through an authorized payment provider. Alif Voyages does not request, collect, store, process, or transmit full bank card details.
Clients should never send full card number, CVV, card expiry date, banking passwords, or one-time payment codes to Alif Voyages by WhatsApp, email, phone, or any other communication channel.
7. Client Information
The client is responsible for providing accurate traveler information, including full names, passport details where required, contact details, travel dates, arrival and departure information, and any special requests.
Alif Voyages is not responsible for issues, delays, extra costs, or service failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.
8. Changes Requested by the Client
Any change request must be sent to Alif Voyages in writing by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication channel.
Changes may affect the total price and may be subject to supplier availability, cancellation fees, amendment fees, or additional charges.
9. Changes Made by Alif Voyages
Alif Voyages may make reasonable changes to the itinerary if required due to hotel availability, railway schedule changes, weather conditions, road conditions, transport issues, safety concerns, government regulations, supplier changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a major change is necessary, Alif Voyages will inform the client as soon as reasonably possible and offer a suitable alternative where possible.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing. The cancellation date is the date when Alif Voyages receives the written cancellation request.
Some services may be non-refundable after confirmation or issuance, including but not limited to train tickets, domestic flights, hotel bookings, special permits, entrance tickets, guide reservations, transport reservations, and other supplier services.
11. No Refund for Unused Services
No refund is provided for unused services after the tour has started, including missed transfers, missed excursions, unused hotel nights, unused train tickets, late arrival, early departure, or changes requested by the client during the trip.
12. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, travel permits, insurance, and any other documents required for travel to and within Uzbekistan.
Alif Voyages may provide general travel information, but the final responsibility for travel documents and entry requirements remains with the client.
13. Travel Insurance
Alif Voyages strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, delays, baggage, emergency assistance, and other travel-related risks.
Alif Voyages is not responsible for costs or losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
14. Supplier Services
Alif Voyages arranges travel services using hotels, transport providers, guides, railway services, museums, restaurants, and other suppliers.
Alif Voyages is responsible for organizing and coordinating the confirmed services, but it is not responsible for losses, delays, injuries, service interruptions, or extra costs caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure, government restrictions, accidents, illness, weather, road conditions, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Client Conduct
The client is expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, hotel staff, local people, other travelers, and cultural or religious sites.
Alif Voyages may refuse or discontinue service if a client behaves illegally, dangerously, abusively, or in a way that may harm other people, property, or the reputation of the company.
16. Complaints
If the client has a problem during the trip, they should inform Alif Voyages as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the issue during the tour.
Complaints submitted only after the tour may be more difficult to investigate if Alif Voyages was not given the opportunity to solve the issue during the trip.
17. Force Majeure
Alif Voyages is not responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruptions, accidents, or other force majeure events.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
