Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy explains how travel services arranged by Alif Voyages are confirmed and provided to clients.

Since Alif Voyages provides travel services and not physical goods, “delivery” means the organization and provision of confirmed travel services according to the agreed itinerary, booking confirmation, invoice, or written offer.

1. Services Provided

Depending on the confirmed booking, Alif Voyages may arrange the following services:

  • private tours in Uzbekistan;
  • airport transfers;
  • private transport with driver;
  • guide services;
  • hotel booking assistance;
  • railway ticket assistance;
  • excursions and sightseeing programs;
  • mountain day trips;
  • cultural programs;
  • travel support before and during the trip.

The exact services included in each booking are listed in the confirmed itinerary, invoice, or written offer sent to the client.

2. Service Confirmation

After the client confirms the booking and makes the required payment, Alif Voyages will confirm the relevant travel services by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication channel.

Final service details may include itinerary, pickup time, meeting point, driver or guide contact information, hotel details, train ticket details, and other travel instructions.

Some final documents, tickets, vouchers, hotel details, or supplier confirmations may be provided only after full payment is received.

3. Timing of Services

Travel services are provided on the dates and times confirmed in the itinerary or written booking confirmation.

The client must be ready at the agreed meeting point and time.

If the client is late, misses a pickup, or changes plans during the trip, the available service time may be reduced and extra costs may apply.

4. Airport and Railway Transfers

For airport, railway station, or other transfers, the client must provide accurate arrival or departure details, including flight number, train number, date, time, and location.

Alif Voyages is not responsible for delays, missed transfers, or additional costs caused by incorrect or late information provided by the client.

5. Guide and Transport Services

Guide and transport services are provided according to the confirmed itinerary.

Changes to route, timing, vehicle type, guide language, or service duration may be possible only if agreed in advance and may involve additional charges.

6. Hotel, Ticket, and Supplier Services

Where Alif Voyages assists with hotels, railway tickets, domestic flights, entrance tickets, restaurants, or other supplier services, the final provision of those services may depend on supplier availability, rules, and conditions.

Some supplier services may be non-refundable or changeable only with penalties after confirmation or issuance.

7. Online Payment and Service Delivery

If the client pays online, the payment confirms that the client wishes to proceed with the booking according to the agreed itinerary, amount, and payment conditions.

The service is considered ordered after the client completes payment and Alif Voyages confirms the booking in writing.

8. Communication During the Trip

Alif Voyages provides travel support through the agreed communication channels, such as WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Clients should contact Alif Voyages as soon as possible if they experience any issue during the trip so that we can try to resolve it during the service period.
