Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how clients can pay for travel services arranged by Alif Voyages, including private tours, travel packages, airport transfers, private transportation, guide services, hotel booking assistance, railway ticket assistance, excursions, and related travel support in Uzbekistan.
By making a payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Payment Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Service Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Payment Methods
Alif Voyages may accept payments through the following methods:
- bank card payment through a secure payment link or payment page;
- bank transfer to the company bank account;
- other payment methods agreed in writing with Alif Voyages.
Card payments are processed through an authorized payment gateway. Alif Voyages does not request, collect, store, process, or transmit full bank card details.
2. Accepted Cards and Payment Systems
Depending on availability and payment provider settings, online payments may be accepted through supported payment systems such as Visa, Mastercard, Humo, Uzcard, UnionPay, and other payment methods enabled by the payment provider.
The final list of accepted payment methods may depend on the payment provider, issuing bank, card type, currency, and technical availability.
3. Deposit and Balance Payment
For private tours and customized travel arrangements, Alif Voyages usually requires a deposit to confirm the booking.
The standard deposit is 30% of the total tour price, unless another amount is agreed in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed with the client. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately.
Final travel documents, vouchers, train tickets, hotel details, and service confirmations may be provided only after full payment is received.
4. Currency
Prices may be quoted in USD, UZS, or another agreed currency.
The final payment currency, exchange rate, and payment amount will be confirmed before payment.
If payment is made by international card or international bank transfer, additional bank charges, card processing fees, conversion fees, or correspondent bank fees may apply.
5. Payment Confirmation
After payment is received, Alif Voyages will confirm receipt of payment by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication channel.
A payment alone does not guarantee the availability of all requested services until Alif Voyages confirms the booking and the required suppliers confirm the arrangements.
6. Payment Security
Card payments are processed through the authorized payment gateway.
Clients must not send full card number, CVV, card expiry date, banking passwords, or one-time payment codes to Alif Voyages by WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, or any other communication channel.
Alif Voyages does not store full bank card details on its website or internal systems.
7. Failed or Incomplete Payments
If a payment fails, is declined, or remains incomplete, the booking may not be confirmed.
The client may contact Alif Voyages for assistance or request a new payment link where possible.
Alif Voyages is not responsible for payment failure caused by the client’s bank, card limits, incorrect card details, insufficient funds, payment provider restrictions, internet connection issues, or other factors outside our control.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the conditions agreed for the specific booking.
Approved refunds are normally returned using the same payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank processing time, card network, and supplier refund timing.
Bank charges, card processing fees, currency conversion fees, and correspondent bank fees may be non-refundable.
